The steelhead trout farmed in Norway are grown in a highly nutritious environment with an abundant flow of seawater and freshwater. The high quality of the fish is maintained by avoiding the use of antibiotics, and regularly inspecting their condition.
All processing is conducted by the Hofseth Group, which is committed to making most use out of the taste of the steelhead trout.

The raw materials we purchase are sold mainly to process manufacturers in Japan.
We regularly inspect catch and market conditions using the Yokohama Reito’s Network and its bases found in major ports across Japan. We procure raw materials that meet our customers’ needs, then export and sell the products throughout the world.

Utilizing our strong ties with leading processors across Japan, we procure high quality domestically-produced mackerel all year round. We export and sell to Southeast Asia, as well as South Africa and Egypt.
We make use of our own routes to export and sell sardines produced from various areas depending on the season, to destinations such as Southeast Asia, South Africa, and Egypt.
We source domestically-produced scallop, mainly from Hokkaido and Aomori, in cooperation with the Yokohama Reito Sales Office. We export and sell to Europe, America, and Asia.
